Qualifications: Clean rental history and minimum credit score of 670. Gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rental rate for each individual applicant or married couple who files taxes together. All decisions are at the homeowners' discretion.

*Reid Property Management does not accept reusable tenant screening reports, provided by consumer reporting agencies, when processing rental applications.

*Reid Property Management does not accept cash payments for rent or dues. Only application fees of $55/application may be paid in cash.

*Reid Property Management will continue to accept cash payments for Private Lending Contract Collections accounts.
